Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and holidays, as well as unforeseen disruptions, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For certain campaigns and marketing purposes there may be free shipping offered, or free shipping thresholds for purchase over the indicated threshold amount. We may add multiple shipping options in the future to accommodate improved transit times. 

DELIVERY TIME

The minimum delivery time is 3 business days, and maximum delivery time is 7 business days. Send us a message at support@everless.com if you need help with receiving your order.

PICKUP

We do not offer in-store or at warehouse pickup to customers. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We may contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your order's arrival.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the US, EU and Canada, and UK.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@everless.comwith your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on our products. That said, if you have specific feedback for us after opening our products, please let us know so we are happy to find a solution together. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@everless.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Incase of a refund, we will refund the full order value minus the shipping cost.
