Our SmartBag is the first smart bag in the world with patented auto fold technology, which makes storing the bag both intuitive and fun. It’s the first of its kind in the reusable bag market, folding in one motion to a size small enough that it can be carried in any pocket, wallet, or tiny bag. Our goal is to make sure you never find yourself without a bag again! And in case that was’t enough—it’s durable, recyclable, aesthetic, and guaranteed to wow your family and friends.

The SmartBag weighs 58 grams. 

It’s H6.2cm x W10cm and 1.1cm thick when folded. Open the bag is H40cm x W43cm.

Our two best selling colors, Lava Red and Onyx Black, are regularly restocked. Our special edition colors are made in limited runs and not always restocked. In general, if you can still see the item on our site, it will most likely be restocked in future. On the product page, click “Notify me when it’s back” to sign up to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

Once your order goes into the system, our team starts working on it right away. Unfortunately, because of this, orders cannot be modified once they go into the processing stage. However, if you change your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with the item(s) that you ordered, we offer a 14-day exchange and return period during which you can return your SmartBag or exchange it for another one. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is at your expense.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. 

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Our team works diligently to ship your orders to you during weekdays. Generally, orders are shipped within 48 hours. 

For EU and US based customers, orders typically take about four days to arrive. For the rest of the world, delivery can take more than a week due to transit times, customs clearance, and any regional public holidays. 

Yes! After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave the warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status. 

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. 

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email and we’ll get to the bottom of it! 

Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses in the US. However, please bear in mind that the fulfillment cost for these addresses will be higher. 

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The final amount will depend on the destination country’s tax and valuation method. It is the recipient’s responsibility to comply with local customs requirements and pay fees on time. 

Please note that we cannot reimburse for additional duties and fees that may be charged by Customs as a result of returning an item. 

This shouldn’t happen! Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again. If you’re still not able to get your order through, please contact Support via and we’ll manually input your address into the system. 

Returns and Exchanges

Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective or damaged bag, please send an email to as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Subject line: Guarantee exchange/refund request
  • You name
  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage on your SmartBag
  • A picture of the damage

We happily replace all defective products. If this is not possible due to limited stock, we’ll refund the purchase price paid. 

We have a 14-day return policy on all SmartBags. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item(s) you ordered, simply follow the return procedure below. 

  1. Complete the form available here.
  2. Print and send the form, in addition to the items you want to exchange/return, within 14 days of delivery. 
  3. If you opt for a return, remember to indicate the product you wish to exchange it for. 
  4. If you request a refund, it will be paid back into your account within 30 days. 

Please note: The cost of returning the item(s) to us is at your expense. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Make sure you get a tracking number for your shipment, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
